What I collect
Only the data you choose to send through the contact form or by email: name, email address, project type, rough budget and your message.
Why and on what basis
To reply to your request and, if you wish, prepare a quote (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, pre-contractual steps). I never use it for newsletters or advertising.
How long
Messages are kept as long as needed to handle your request and no longer than 24 months, unless the law requires otherwise once you become a client.
Who processes it
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., which logs technical data (e.g. IP address) for security and operation. When the form is active, messages pass through Web3Forms to reach my inbox. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties.
Cookies
This site uses no profiling cookies and no third-party analytics. Fonts are self-hosted: no requests to Google Fonts.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, and data portability by writing to martadudka.dev@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
