The project
A complete demo website for a fictional boutique real-estate agency in Rome, with 37 routes generated from a single typed listings dataset. The tone is warm and elegant, but every choice serves one goal: turning people who browse a listing into viewing or valuation requests.
Goal
Stand out from the big portals by showing local expertise and transparency, and collect more valuation requests from home owners.
